We have seen a dramatic increase in hotel developments along the central coast. Below are some highlighted developments we are much looking forward to along the beautiful West-Coast:

The Rosewood Miramar Beach hotel in Montecito will be opening 124 guestrooms, as well as 37 luxurious suites.

“Located 80 miles northwest of Los Angeles and uniquely positioned on 500 linear feet of exclusive oceanfront, the resort is built on the site of the former Miramar Beach Hotel, a cherished retreat for fashionable beach getaways.”

Hilton Garden Inn Santa Barbara/Goleta opening 138 room hotel this September.

“This hotel will soon be joining the Hilton Portfolio of Brands and is presently accepting reservations for arrival September 15, 2017 and beyond.”

Marriott Inn in Goleta opening 118-room Residence Inn
later this year.

“Located on a 3.81-acre parcel on Hollister between Robin
Hill Road and South La Patera Lane, the hotel is in the heart
of downtown Goleta and is easily reached via U.S. Route
101. R.D. Olson Construction plans to complete construction
during the second half of 2017.”

Hotel Californian is set to open in Summer 2017 with three buildings making up unique 121 rooms.

“At Hotel Californian, you’ll have the sprawling Pacific on one side and downtown Santa Barbara’s bars, galleries, and boutiques on the other.”
